Pune-based leading IT firm Vritti Solutions has developed an AI-based automated leave & attendance management app for the Navi Mumbai Municipal Transport (NMMT). The app was inaugurated by Sujata Dhole, Additional Municipal Commissioner, NMMT during the 27th Foundation Day of NMMT on January 23, 2023 at Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The leave management system is responsible for recording, managing and tracking of leaves and attendance for 3,000 employees of NMMT. The app enables in meeting leave-related statutory compliances for employers, helps in pay-roll processing and provides information on leave policies to the employees. The system can be operated from an app, which is suitable for both the operating system iOS and Android. “The app drives analytics and helps in bringing out a data-based report generation. All these factors help in making informed real-time decisions.
