Job Description1. Responsible for managing the telesales team and assisting junior staff
2. Set process, training telesales team and daily reporting
3. Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets
4. Implementing sales strategies
5. Monitoring the performance of telesales team
6. Setting daily, weekly and monthly sales target
7. Setting daily calling target
8. Maintaining customer relationship
9. Handling customer complaints
10. Compiling and presenting sales reports
11. Lead / Prospect Generation
12. Generating Appointments through telesales team for field sales
13. Tele calling – for Customer Feedback, Testimonial, Business Generation
14. Good understanding of CRM software.
