Responsible for managing the telesales team and assisting junior staff2. Set process, training telesales team and daily reporting3. Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets4. Implementing sales strategies5. Monitoring the performance of telesales team6. Setting daily, weekly and monthly sales target7. Setting daily calling target8. Maintaining customer relationship9. Handling customer complaints10. Compiling and presenting sales reports11. Lead / Prospect Generation12. Generating Appointments through telesales team for field sales13. Tele calling – for Customer Feedback, Testimonial, Business Generation14. Good understanding of CRM software.
