    Issues faced by the client<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>
    1. Physical Inventory is cumbersome and is a time-consuming process<\/li>
    2. Creation of Batch is manual.<\/li>
    3. Tag distribution & tag writing takes supervision and training<\/li>
    4. Tags written by hand are not giving aesthetic impact<\/li>
    5. Barcodes sticker need to print separately<\/li>
    6. The tags written entries need to transfer to excel for recording<\/li>
    7. Tag cancellation process is tedious<\/li>
    8. There are more than one location which is with limited manpower & their inventory status can be tracked online<\/li>
    9. Physical inventory was causing production stoppage of 8-10 days<\/li><\/ol>

      What we have analyzed<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>
      1. Industry 4.0 for Physical inventory was not present<\/li>
      2. The PI process is required to be lean<\/li>
      3. Production time lost due to physical inventory is major challenge.<\/li>
      4. Batch can be created automatically<\/li>
      5. Tags can be printed automatically<\/li>
      6. Barcode tags can be printed on the location itself with a mobile printer<\/li>
      7. In order to save time, use of the mobile app can give the user a upper hand<\/li>
      8. Need PI report<\/li>
      9. Remote location means the internet can provide a correct output<\/li><\/ol>

        Solution Proposed & Implemented<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>
        1. We have created a web-based application that can be accessed anywhere<\/li>
        2. Batch can be created from the web app. Tag nos. can be allotted to this batch & assigned to a person who is taking inventory for this batch. Auditor will also link to this batch<\/li>
        3. We have developed a mobile app called Ekatm PI which can be installed on the person who is taking inventory.<\/li>
        4. The batch allotted will be visible to the respective person on the Ekatm App.<\/li>
        5. Bluetooth Printer is provided to every user & it will be connected through Ekatm App.<\/li>
        6. User will go in the warehouse, check the Item Code & count the item. Feed this data in the mobile app, enter the location & click on print.<\/li>
        7. Bluetooth printer simply print the Barcode Tag sticker by getting instruction from the mobile App.<\/li>
        8. Provision of batch printing is also available<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
